1. The service

ClipMaker Pro is a desktop tool that helps creators import, edit, review and export short-form video. Optional integrations may allow a creator to connect a third-party account and send a specifically selected video.

2. Creator responsibility

You must own or have permission to use every video, audio track, image, caption, trademark and other material processed or uploaded through ClipMaker Pro. You are responsible for reviewing the final content and metadata before approving an upload.

3. Account connections

Third-party connections require your express authorization and remain subject to the third party's terms, policies and technical limitations. You may revoke a connection at any time. ClipMaker Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, Google or other platforms unless expressly stated.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use ClipMaker Pro to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute harmful material, evade platform restrictions, spam, manipulate engagement, or access an account without authorization.

5. Availability

The service may change as operating systems, media tools and third-party APIs evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or approval by any third-party developer program.

6. No publishing guarantee

Uploads may be delayed, rejected, made private or removed by a destination platform. You remain responsible for confirming the final publication status and compliance with platform rules.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClipMaker Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every media file or platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost content, lost revenue, account restrictions or third-party platform decisions arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect linked accounts at any time. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent abuse.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
